Thank you for taking the time to find out more about us.
We’re an independent financial planning firm, based in London.
We specialise in working with young professionals, young entrepreneurs/business owners and sports professionals. We work on a fixed fee basis meaning there are no minimums needed to work with Engage.
We believe in building relationships, and that trust is the key to making those relationships successful.
Einstein said it best when he said “Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts”.
We know that traditionally financial services can appear complicated and confusing. We’re extremely clear about how we see the process and have made sure it's also clear to you from the start.
The finance industry is full of hidden costs and unexpected charges. We realise how unsettling that can be. That’s why we charge a fixed annual fee, and no additions.
Our charging structure is tiered and based on how complex your situation is. We'll agree together which tier suits you best before starting any work, so you'll always know where you stand.
You can choose to pay your fee directly or through your investments, either monthly or annually. We don’t tie you down - you can opt out of our service at any time.
We review our charges on an annual basis, and we guarantee not to change them within the year. Below we explain briefly what each tier includes
We have partnered with CATS (www.complianceandtraining.co.uk) for a outsourced specialist compliance partner. We work hand in hand with CATS to monitor our processes and provide file checks on a monthly basis.

The principal takes full responsibility for ensuring that the AR complies with FCA rules.
Principal firms make sufficient checks on the firm or individual to ensure they are financially stable and competent.
