We are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and Wealth Managers based in Sidcup, from where we provide advice to clients across London and the South East of England. Our work always starts with a comprehensive analysis of a client's financial position, leading on to a broad discussion about lifetime and financial goals.
We deal with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and can add particular value in the areas of pensions and investment advice, investment Fund Management, retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, general financial planning - including cashflow and tax planning.
We offer a first meeting free of charge to help us assess your situation and establish how we can assist. We are also able to discuss our services and the costs involved at this free initial meeting, before any fees are agreed. If you engage us to prepare a financial plan for you and then subsequently to provide ongoing advice we will aim to meet you periodically to review your circumstances to ensure the initial plan remains suitable and, if necessary, to advise in relation to any changes in your circumstances.
The firm and its advisers are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are bound by the FCA’s rules. Our regulated activities comprise advising on and arranging pensions, savings and investment products, non-investment insurance contracts and mortgages. Our Financial Services register number is 532109.
We do not handle our clients' money and will never accept a cheque made out to us (unless it is in settlement of an agreed fee) nor do we handle cash.

An Appointed Representative (AR) is a firm or person who runs regulated activities and acts as an agent for a firm we directly authorise. This firm is known as the ARs 'principal'.
