Our clients are at the forefront of our minds in everything we do and we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for them, rather than thinking about what would be in our best interests.
If you always do what's best for the client you will build strong and mutually beneficial relationships, and this is one of our main goals. We strive to offer the best client experience we can which means only doing what's right for the client, even if that means telling them to do nothing. It's not worth denting our reputation by acting any other way, as we rely on word of mouth to build our business.
Our company is built on solid roots, trading in its current form since 2000, but with origins further back before the merger to its current form as it's grown and evolved over many years.
We have city centre offices making it convenient for clients to visit us, but we are also happy to meet at their home if that is their preference. For those clients who cannot meet during office hours I am willing to meet them out of office hours either at our offices or in their own home.
We have a very competitive charging structure, and our record of strong investment returns from our portfolios is something we cherish. Whilst future returns cannot be guaranteed to be as good, we have a robust investment process and can show clients historic performance data for comparison purposes unlike many IFAs.
We use Compliance First for auditing our files and processes, so that we have an independent assessment of how we are functioning in order to ensure tight compliance procedures.
